The final day in Durango dawned and a trip to Steaming Bean was enjoyed.  Once properly fueled, we headed to the trails.  Nothing quite as serious as Saturday, just a shakedown ride on the Horse Gulch system.  We found a fun little wall ride, and played there for awhile. 

As always, the ride ended too soon, but, this was a great weekend of rides.  Tailgates and stories, they go great together.  It’s amazing how centering a good ride and some laughs can be.  Refreshing. Cleansing.  Oh, alright, just plain fun.

There was a parade in Durango on Sunday, saw some fun stuff, like this Anglia.

Then, made our way back to the hotel and prepped for the drive home.  Headed down to I-40, music on the list and watched the world roll by.  CD player spun out the tunes, one album at a time, The Who, The Clash, The Donnas, Paul Simon, Jane’s Addiction.

Wow, what a weekend.
