Labor Day Weekend, at least belated..
The trail riding equivilent of Happy Hour. Flagstaff and a quick indulgence of some pine scented sunshine, and a good time that always ends too soon.
We made the run up the hill, with the first stop being Late for the Train. Chocolate chip cookies and espresso are the jet fuel on this morning.
Flag has been getting quite a bit of monsoon rain. The forest is green, the mushrooms are emerging, and the paintbrush are brilliant.
Our trail this day is to be Jedi. Some great aspens, quite a few log rolls, and just some plain fun tech.
Ride begins the descent towards post-ride, with pizza and seasonals at Beaver Street Brewery. A stop at Flagstaff Bike Revolution yields a fantastic coffee before heading back to thick air elevations.
Another excellent day, in a string of excellent days.
