What’s for dinner? That question is always somewhere close. It may not be uttered every day, but it is at least thought multiple times a week. A blog which I enjoy, for the photos and the flavors,

Good food there, along with interesting photography.

So, after reading about the Thai beef curry, knowing I have nearly all the items for this at home, and the flavor thoughts permeate my brain, it is decided. Of course a quick call home confirms the fact. Most of the times, my wife is just glad to have me offering to cook, which gives me all kinds of freedom in the meal plan.
So, working with the food items and prepping, you may notice I have fencing around my lemongrass.
My hound seems to think the lemongrass taste is irresistible, to the point of grazing it to death. Hence, the fence. Yeah, you think she looks innocent enough.
I start the curry sauce indoors, and then move outside for the beef. The grill is warmed and ready.
A good dose of red chili paste is added to the sauce as it simmers.
Rice is almost ready, snow peas are added near the end, just enough to be crisp tender. Plate it up, and enjoy.
That actually looks really good, considering my usual inclination towards Thai food.
